You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us once your order is ready to be shipped. Due to circumstances out of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order item may change. We will be in touch via email if your order is affected. Our shipping partner will also contact you directly with further details on your delivery.
Opt for airfreight delivery to receive your made-to-order item up to six weeks earlier. Please reach out to our Soho Support team for more details.
Prices start from $1,200
We aim to deliver large items* within 3-4 weeks of the order date.
Shipping costs will vary based on the contents of your basket and your elected delivery address. The price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order arrives at your local depot, our trusted delivery partner, Ryder, will contact you directly to arrange a time and date convenient to you. Please allow up to ten working days after placing your order to be contacted.
Where possible, your item(s) will be unpacked and assembled in the room of your choice, and packaging removed. Please note that because of the item's size and construction, we are only able to deliver it to ground or first floor addresses.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Alaska or Hawaii. Any orders requesting delivery to these states will be automatically canceled and refunded. Please note that any orders being shipped to New Mexico, Missouri, Arizona, Alabama and Nevada will require a bespoke shipping quote. Please contact Soho Support for more information.

Made-to-order items are custom-made to your specifications based on your choice of size, colour and finish, therefore cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the date of placing your order. If you cancel your order after 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total value.
We recommend ordering a few different swatches and testing them out in different kinds of light before you buy, please also ensure that you have checked access to your property to make sure that the item(s) will fit up stairways, through doorways or in restrictive spaces. Please see our FAQs for more information.
Made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Please contact Soho Support to organize a return for any large item(s)*. The team will arrange for these to be collected by our shipping partner, Ryder, at a charge of $270 (or $135 for members). This will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Your item(s) must be unassembled prior to collection, and come complete with all original packaging, including labels.
