Handwoven from a blend of silk, cotton, mohair and chenille to create a pattern that wraps fully around the edges of the canvas.



About the artist

Woven textile artist Meghan Spielman creates each of her artworks using unconventional and highly tactile materials like silk boucle, brushed mohair, glass seed beads, and chenille. Applying colour asymmetrically, the artist keeps the comfort and familiarity of timeless patterns while transforming them into something far from everyday.
