- We recommend that a professional curtain cleaner or installer gives your curtains a light steam once they're unpacked and hung, and that you leave them fully drawn to let the fabric pile relax. To enhance the durability of your curtains and keep them looking their best for longer, we recommend lightly dusting your curtains regularly with a soft brush in the direction of the pile. You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
When buying from our drapery collection, please note that we cannot accept returns on any curtains that have had the header tape drawn. We ask that you ensure you are completely happy with your curtains before pulling the drawstring.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
