Delivery
We aim to deliver large items* within 3-4 weeks of the order
date.
Shipping costs will vary based on the contents of your basket and
your elected delivery address. The price will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Once your order arrives at your local depot, our trusted delivery
partner, Ryder, will contact you directly to arrange a time and
date convenient to you. Please allow up to ten working days after
placing your order to be contacted.
Where possible, your item(s) will be unpacked and assembled in the
room of your choice, and packaging removed. Please note that
because of the item's size and construction, we are only able to
deliver it to ground or first floor addresses.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Alaska or
Hawaii. Any orders requesting delivery to these states will be
automatically canceled and refunded. Please note that any orders
being shipped to New Mexico, Missouri, Arizona, Alabama and Nevada
will require a bespoke shipping quote. Please contact Soho Support
for more information.
*Large items include all furniture, ceiling lights, mirrors and
rugs.
Returns
Please contact Soho Support to organize a return for any large
item(s)*. The team will arrange for these to be collected by our
shipping partner, Ryder, at a charge of $270 (or $135 for members).
This will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Your item(s) must be unassembled prior to collection, and come
complete with all original packaging, including labels.
