What is your cancellation and returns policy for
made-to-order items?
Made-to-order items are custom-made to your specifications based
on your choice of size, colour and finish, therefore cannot be
cancelled after 48 hours from the date of placing your order. If
you cancel your order after 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of
the total value.
We recommend ordering a few different swatches and testing
them out in different kinds of light before you buy, please also
ensure that you have checked access to your property to make sure
that the item(s) will fit up stairways, through doorways or in
restrictive spaces. Please see our FAQs for more

Made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Made-to-order items will be shipped within the time frame that
is stated on the product page. Our delivery options vary by region,
please see our Delivery page for more
information. You will receive a dispatch confirmation from us once
your order is ready to be shipped. Due to circumstances out of our
control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order item may change.
We will be in touch via email if your order is affected. Our
shipping partner will also contact you directly with further
details on your delivery.
Opt for airfreight delivery to receive your made-to-order item
