- Before lighting, ensure your candle fits securely into the holder in an upright position. Always burn candles in an area free from draughts and never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from flammable materials, overhanging objects and polished surfaces. Keep a distance of 10cm between burning candles.

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
When buying from our drapery collection, please note that we cannot accept returns on any curtains that have had the header tape drawn. We ask that you ensure you are completely happy with your curtains before pulling the drawstring.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
