- Treat any stains and splills immediately with a dry towel. Avoid wet or damp spot cleaning your mattress as this risks diluting or even removing the fire retardant qualities of the fabric. Use a mattress protector to help reduce the risk of staining. Regualr stripping down or truning down the bed each morning allows your mattress to air and breathe. Rotate and turn the mattress every three months with the seasons by following the instructions on the label.

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
When buying from our drapery collection, please note that we cannot accept returns on any curtains that have had the header tape drawn. We ask that you ensure you are completely happy with your curtains before pulling the drawstring.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
