Do not use multi-surface cleaners or abrasive products like bleach, steel wool etc. All spills, including make-up, should be wiped up immediately. Avoid letting water lie on the surface of the unit. Take care not to drop heavy objects, or to place sharp items or excessive heat onto the surface.

Delivery
We aim to deliver large items* within 3-4 weeks of the order date.
Shipping costs will vary based on the contents of your basket and your elected delivery address. The price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Where possible, your item(s) will be unpacked and assembled in the room of your choice, and packaging removed. Please note that because of the item's size and construction, we are only able to deliver it to ground or first floor addresses.

Please contact Soho Support to organize a return for any large item(s)*. The team will arrange for these to be collected by our shipping partner, Ryder, at a charge of $270 (or $135 for members). This will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Your item(s) must be unassembled prior to collection, and come complete with all original packaging, including labels.
