- Our lacquer has a durable finish but can be vulnerable to chips, scratches and wear. Observe regular dusting with a clean, soft cloth to prevent build up. For general cleaning, Clean with a soft dry cloth only. Do not use polishing agents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the finish. Always switch off the electricity supply before cleaning . In the event of scratching, touch-up kits are available through Soho Home Support.

Returns
You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
When buying from our drapery collection, please note that we cannot accept returns on any curtains that have had the header tape drawn. We ask that you ensure you are completely happy with your curtains before pulling the drawstring.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
