If loose end appears, do not pull; Instead clip with scissors and tie a knot at the loose ends. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Rotate rug occasionally to equalize wear, if the rug gets wet, place it on a flat surface to dry. Store your rug by rolling, and wrap with cloth for protection. When buying from our drapery collection, please note that we cannot accept returns on any curtains that have had the header tape drawn. We ask that you ensure you are completely happy with your curtains before pulling the drawstring.
Please note, items purchased from our brick-and-mortar retail locations cannot be returned online.
