Care instructions: To keep your vanity unit in the best condition, we advise the following suggestions. Although our vanity tops are hardwearing, prevent placing sharp objects or excessive heat on the surface as this will cause irreversible damage. Care should also be taken not to drop any heavy objects onto the top as the surface may crack. For general cleaning, use a damp, soapy cloth. We also advise dusting often using a clean, soft, dry and lint-free cloth. All spills, including corrosive liquids and make-up should be wiped off immediately without the use of bleach products, scouring pads or multi-surface cleaners. Avoid leaving water to lie on the surface as our bathroom vanity units are water-resistant but not waterproof.

Returns

Please contact Soho Support to organise a return for any large item(s)*. The team will arrange for these to be collected by our shipping partner, Wincanton, at a charge of £99.95 (or £49.95 for members). This will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Your item(s) must be unassembled prior to collection, and come complete with all original packaging, including labels.

Unfortunately, our collection service is not currently available in the Highlands and islands or Europe. For customers who wish to return any item(s) from these locations, we ask that you send them back to us using a fully tracked service with a reputable carrier.
