Once belonging to Spanish military leader, General Juan Prim, Soho House Mexico City is located in a restored Baroque casa. The inextricable link between old and new can be seen throughout its interiors, honouring the European origins of Casa Prim with muralism, custom fabrics and traditional French influences.

Our designers' aims to salvage the building's original finishes were achieved, retaining the existing parquet flooring, fireplaces and frescoes as the backdrop with a pared-back opulence. Bold colours, and a mix of contemporary and vintage furnishings create a deconstructed, avant-garde mood.

Art plays a big role in the identity of the House, featuring more than 150 works by artists born or trained in Mexico. The diverse interplay among all of those elements mimics the cultural fabric of Mexico City.
