Our mattresses are handmade in England by Hypnos, holders of the Royal Warrant since 1929, which was first granted by His Majesty King George V. Royal Warrants have always been regarded as demonstrating the very highest standards in excellence, quality, service, and sustainable innovation, and are a mark of the best of British. Each mattress is handmade by their skilled craftspeople and upholstered in Soho House branded ticking for a soft, breathable and hygienic sleep surface.

    Care instructions:
    Treat any stains and splills immediately with a dry towel. Avoid wet or damp spot cleaning your mattress as this risks diluting or even removing the fire retardant qualities of the fabric. Use a mattress protector to help reduce the risk of staining. Regualr stripping down or truning down the bed each morning allows your mattress to air and breathe. Rotate and turn the mattress every three months with the seasons by following the instructions on the label.

  • Delivery

    We aim to deliver large items* within the UK in 3-4 weeks of the order date. Our trusted delivery partners will contact you directly to arrange a time and date convenient to you. Shipping costs will vary based on the contents of your basket and your elected delivery address. The price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Please note that for any deliveries carried out by Wincanton, you are legally required to sign a damage waiver before we can proceed. In these cases, your item(s) will be unpacked and assembled in the room of your choice, with the exception of lighting products.

    All items will arrive boxed, and you are responsible for the removal and recycling of any and all packaging.

    Returns

    Please contact Soho Support to organise a return for any large item(s)*. The team will arrange for these to be collected by our shipping partner, Wincanton, at a charge of £99.95 (or £49.95 for members). This will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    Your item(s) must be unassembled prior to collection, and come complete with all original packaging, including labels.

    Unfortunately, our collection service is not currently available in the Highlands and islands or Europe. For customers who wish to return any item(s) from these locations, we ask that you send them back to us using a fully tracked service with a reputable carrier.
