We aim to deliver large items* within the UK in 3-4 weeks of the order date. Our trusted delivery partners will contact you directly to arrange a time and date convenient to you. Please contact Soho Support to organise a return for any large item(s)*. The team will arrange for these to be collected by our shipping partner, Wincanton, at a charge of £99.95 (or £49.95 for members). This will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Your item(s) must be unassembled prior to collection, and come complete with all original packaging, including labels.
