Burn time: Up to 70 hours

Care instructions: When lighting your candle for the first time, allow to burn for a minimum of 2 hours or until there is a completely molten wax pool. This will ensure good burn performance and minimise instances of 'tunnelling'. For best results, burn your candle for at least 2 hours but no more than 4 hours at a time. Burn in an area free from draughts & keep wax pool free from debris such as match heads. Allow the wax pool to solidify completely before relighting the candle. Keep wicks trimmed to 5mm at all times to avoid smoking. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep away from flammable materials, overhanging objects and polished surfaces. Never put in a warm place as this can cause the candle to overheat. Keep a minimum distance of 10cm between burning candles.

All deliveries are carried out by our trusted delivery partners, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm. We are unable to provide dedicated delivery dates or times, but your courier will contact you a time slot.

Returns

For any small item(s)* delivered within the UK, excluding the Highlands and islands, there is a free DPD returns label included with your order. Attach this pre-paid label to your package, and bring it to any DPD Drop Off Point. You can find your nearest one here.

Your original dispatch note must be included within your return. Please contact Soho Support if you are missing any paperwork, or your order was packed into multiple boxes and you would like to return the entire order.

We regret that we cannot offer free returns from outside of the UK, or from the Highlands and islands. In these instances, we ask that you return any unwanted item(s) back to us using a fully tracked service with a reputable carrier.

Soho Home cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns packages. Please keep hold of your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost.

We cannot process returns for any item(s) purchased through one of our online stockists. We ask that you contact them directly to arrange your return.
